Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service members the helped us with selecting the right tires for my car. The tires I originally selected were not going to be in by the time we needed them. Helped me selecting the right ones need for my budget and application.

The trained employees at the Brookfield location consistently show great courtesy. I have never walked into the actual service area, but every repair is done so well it feels like I am a VIP watching from the waiting room. Honestly, they treat my car so well it never even tries to re-tire early! Thank you, Firestone—you really rock the stone and keep us rolling without a tire-some day!

I recently brought my car to them to have new tires put on. With that I had no issues. I also knew I needed new brakes so I asked if they could give me a quote on that and let me know if if anything else needed to be replace to get the brakes done. They quoted me about $3000. They told me I needed to replace all 4 brakes, all 4 rotors, 2 rear calipers, the engine filter, cabin air filter and a a brand new battery as they said it was almost dead. The quote made me suspicious. I had changed the cabin air filter myself not 2 months prior. I also hadn't had any signs that there battery was dying. I took myself over to AutoZone and had them test the battery...94% health. Perfectly good battery no where close to dying but Firestone wanted to charge me almost $400 for a new one. I also brought my car to another independent mechanic shop (that actually had good reviews) and he replaced all 4 brakes, 2 rotors, and 2 rear calipers for $1500. So I found myself a new auto shop and it definitely isn't Firestone.

Brought my car in the other day for an AC issue. The manager Dave was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I take all my three cars there and I highly recommend this establishment.

Nick and the team are always amazing. Nick specifically goes above and beyond to make sure work being done is necessary and efficient. A lot of other shops try to strong arm you to do things that arent necessary. I appreciate the honesty. It is the reason i will continue to come back every time!! Would highly recommend to all!!
